Anzac Highway carries the bulk of Glenelg-bound traffic on a summer evening and runs slow from 17:30 to 18:30 in peak. Worth checking the calendar. For suburbs further out, Mawson Lakes is around twenty-two minutes via the O-Bahn or Main North Road. Outer suburbs take longer. The Adelaide Hills around Stirling and Aldgate are thirty-five minutes via the South Eastern Freeway.
