Chauffeur Adelaide services at a glance

We are owner-operated. Wedding cars

Wedding car hire across Adelaide and the Hills is the highest-volume service we run. The day is choreographed against the photographer's clock and the celebrant's schedule, with the bridal car arriving on a 9am drop-off at the family home, the kerbside hold running through the dressing-and-photo session, a slow run via Mount Lofty Botanic Garden or the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre lookout for portraits, then arrival at the ceremony venue with three minutes to spare. Stretch limousines and classic sedans both work for Adelaide weddings. The choice comes down to the venue access road. Mount Lofty House has a gravel approach that a long-wheelbase stretch handles fine in dry weather, while the same gravel turns slick after a winter front rolls in off the gulf and pushes the safer call toward a sedan or a Hummer with all-wheel drive on board. Adelaide Airport transfers

The Adelaide Airport transfer chauffeur run uses the Level 4 P1 Terminal Car Park pickup zone for meet-and-greet. We track flight numbers, hold a 60-minute complimentary wait window on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic, and meet you in arrivals with a named sign. CBD hotels are 10 to 15 minutes via Sir Donald Bradman Drive and South Road. Same rate, any hour. No after-hours surcharge.

School formals

Year 12 formal nights are the busiest two weekends of November in Adelaide. We book formals in groups of six to fourteen, pickups from the family home or the school, photo stop at Glenelg Jetty or the Adelaide Oval rotunda, drop at the venue (the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Pavilion, or the Pavilion on the Park are the common three). Under-18s do not consume alcohol on board. That is South Australian law and parent-signed consent does not change it. We say so on the call and we say so on the night.

Wine tours

The Adelaide chauffeured wine tour is a full-day chauffeur job, typically 8 hours kerbside-to-kerbside, four to five cellar doors, a sit-down lunch, and a return drop. Drive times anchor the day: Adelaide to Barossa Valley is around 50 minutes via the Northern Expressway, Adelaide to McLaren Vale is about 40 minutes via the Southern Expressway, and Adelaide Hills cellar doors are 25 to 35 minutes via the South Eastern Freeway.

You buy wine, we carry it. Bring a bottle home from Henschke or d'Arenberg without the designated-driver maths. Hens, bucks, nights out

Group party-bus and stretch-limo work for hens nights, bucks nights, milestone birthdays, and pub crawls. Bookings run from a one-vehicle pickup with a circuit through the East End and the Norwood Parade through to multi-stop full-night charters that finish in the small hours.

A few things we say up front. The chauffeur is sober and stays sober. We will pause a hire if a passenger's safety is at risk. In practice the threshold looks like this: if a passenger cannot stand without help at a venue door, the next venue is skipped, the run becomes a direct home drop, and the chauffeur takes the route with the fewest left turns to keep cabin movement steady through the back streets. Special events

Adelaide event transport covers Adelaide Oval matchdays for AFL home games, Test cricket, and the Big Bash, the Adelaide 500 race week (the East Terrace, Wakefield Street, and Bartels Road closures change every November), the Adelaide Festival, WOMADelaide, Adelaide Fringe arrivals, and concerts at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Arrive early. The drop-and-go convention is to arrive 45 minutes before the gate, drop one side of the closure, and walk passengers across.

Post-event pickup at the Adelaide Oval southern gate runs to a 90-minute clearance window after a sold-out home game, with the chauffeur holding the rank position so departing passengers can spot the car against the wash of identical black sedans that crowd East Terrace immediately after the final siren. Funerals

Funeral car and procession hire is run as a separate service line because the day requires a different tone. Family transport from the home or the service venue, lead-car convention for the procession with hazard lights on, pre-service quiet 30-minute buffer, and a return run for immediate family. The lead car runs hazards on at walking pace from the chapel forecourt to the cemetery gate so following cars stay grouped through traffic lights. The 30-minute quiet buffer in practice means the car arrives 30 minutes before the service, sits with engine off and doors closed, and the chauffeur waits outside the vehicle.
