Riverbank side is the working drop. The North Terrace face is for photo arrivals only.

Card on file or monthly account. Corporate Amex, Diners Club, and standard corporate cards accepted. Monthly statement billing with thirty-day terms is available for repeat accounts after onboarding.

PO number and cost-centre referencing. Each booking carries the PO number and cost-centre reference on the invoice if provided at the booking call, and multi-leg corporate visits consolidate into a single end-of-visit invoice with each leg itemised against its own cost-centre code so the accounts team can split the spend across the visiting departments without re-keying.

Named single point of contact. Your EA or procurement contact has a single point of contact at our end. The owner or a senior chauffeur. After-hours phone is the standard.

Discretion clause. Booking details, including passenger names, destinations, and meeting locations, are kept confidential between the booking team and the chauffeur on the run, and the chauffeur does not discuss bookings outside the operator team or post about clients on social media for any reason. No exceptions.
